Trisha was born and raised in Rigby right here in the Snake River Valley. She left this area for 10 years after getting married, but decided going back to Idaho where her parents resided was the best place to raise her family.
Trisha is a Registered Nurse but currently is Alliance’s Administrator in charge. She has worked in the medical field most of her adult life. She began her journey into the medical field by working in admissions at Ogden Regional Medical Center, as well as playing a pivotal role in the Meditech implementation team there. After her youngest child started school, Trisha decided to go back to college for her nursing degree. Becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse while attending school, she worked at High Valley Dermatology and assisted with MOHS Micrographic Surgery and many other surgical procedures. It was during her time at High Valley she earned her Registered Nursing Degree. Trisha’s experience as an RN is vast, including Cardiac, ER, Renal/Dialysis, Home Health and as well as Hospice.
When Trisha isn’t busy overseeing much of the operations of Alliance, you will find her spending time with her husband, four boys, two daughters-in-law, and two granddaughters. They enjoy hiking, traveling, kayaking, camping, riding ATVs, BBQing and family movie nights. In her spare time which doesn’t come very often, she enjoys reading a good book.
This is Jennifer Waite, our Director of Nursing! Jenni was born in the south and moved around frequently with her family before graduating in Utah. Once she completed her undergraduate and graduate degrees, she moved to Missouri and worked with children in grades K-12 as a school psychologist. After seeing a glaring hole for children in the medical setting, she went back to school for her nursing degree at Truman State University. She moved to Idaho to begin working with children in the PICU at EIRMC and was grateful for the chance to be closer to family. While she loved working with children, her focus changed to hospice when her grandfather was admitted to hospice and her family got to experience the care of his hospice nurses.
Jenni loves to play the piano, go on backpacking trips, and dream of a hobby farm with her husband. They enjoy gardening, propagating fruit trees, designing their future barndominium (complete with a pickleball court), and chasing after their dogs when they rediscover their backyard chickens.
Britney Landon is our Office and QA Manager at Alliance. Britney comes from a lot of experience in management in previous positions she has held. She comes from a restaurant background, having been both a kitchen manager and a general manager over multiple restaurants in the Boise area. Britney decided to change up her career path in March of 2021 and came into the healthcare world! We are really grateful to have her, she keeps our behind the scenes work running smoothly and very organized. In her own time, Britney runs a small baking business called “Britney’s Sweet Bites”, and also loves to craft.
