A NEW NAME, NEW OWNERSHIP, THE SAME HEART!!
We have some exciting news to share! Alliance Home Health and Hospice is now Ascend Home Health and Hospice – Southeast Idaho!
Along with our new name, we are excited to welcome new ownership based out of Northern Utah. We are so grateful for this new chapter and excited to have them be part of our team as we continue growing and serving our communities together.
With this change comes the opportunity to reach even more families! We will now serve Northern Utah, Preston, Malad, American Falls, Aberdeen, Pocatello, Blackfoot, Firth, Shelley, Idaho Falls, Rigby, Rexburg, and St. Anthony.
While our name and ownership have changed, our commitment to caring for our patients, supporting families, and making a difference in our communities remains at the heart of everything we do.
